The standup game of Jiu-Jitsu can be a very daunting and overwhelming wave of information. If that’s not bad enough, standup is where we see the most injuries in grappling!
However, fear not!
We are creating this course that gives you an appropriate introduction to the standup world. In addition to providing a good place to start for your own Jiu Jitsu game. The moves taught here I have personally used at all belt levels and seen used at the highest levels of Jiu Jitsu. While at the same time being easy to follow, simple to implement, safe to execute for all parties, and simultaneously being extremely effective.
We will continue to build on these concepts as time goes on so you can follow along from beginning to advanced. While all the concepts build and intertwine with our other courses. So make sure to follow along and join our community so you can ask questions!
